The Route

The 2011 route will be visiting the following points of interest:-

  • Lucy Cavendish
  • St John's College
  • Clare College
  • Selwyn College
  • Darwin College
  • Pembroke College
  • Zoology Museum
  • Emmanuel College
  • Christ's College
  • Jesus College

1. Can I bring my dog?
We are sorry but no dogs are allowed on the walk unless they are a registered disability dog.

2. What time does the walk start?
The earliest you can start the walk is 9.30am and the latest start time is 11am. This is because the colleges on the early part of the walk close at 12noon and all colleges will be closed by 2pm.

3. Will the walk still take place if it rains?
The walk will continue. Please bring appropriate clothing and footwear for the weather.

4. Can i pay on the day?
You are able to pay on the day, however to avoid long queuing times we would suggest that you regsiter online before hand.

5. Are children able to take part?
Young people aged 16 years and under need to be accompanied by an adult.

6. Is there a discount for students?
Young people aged 16 years or younger go for free, people aged 17 years or above will be required to pay the full amount of £15 unless they register before 31st August, there is an ealry bird discount of £10 if you register before this date.

7. What paperwork do I need to bring with me?
Please bring your acknowledgement letter/email showing your individual number(s) that will have been sent to the lead walker in each group.

8. Last year I was sent a large number for me to wear, do I need on this year?
There is no need for you to wear this number just bring along your acknowledgement letter/email showing your unique numbers in case the marshalls wish to see it.

9. Where can I park?
