For the third consecutive year, The Cambridge Building Society is once again delighted to support the annual Bridge the Gap event.

Over the past decade, Bridge the Gap has become a significant event in the Cambridge calendar, providing the opportunity for local people to visit the illustrious Colleges and help to raise large sums of money for local charities.

The Cambridge Building Society is a local organisation with a distinguished heritage and a community focus. Bridge the Gap fits in with the Society’s culture, having local people and local charities at its heart.

Cambridge Newspapers is delighted to once again be supporting this tremendous event. We have been involved with the Bridge the Gap charity walk since it was launched and it has been marvellous to see it growing in popularity every year. It's an enjoyable and fun walk through the Cambridge colleges, while raising funds for both Arthur Rank Hospice and our Press Relief community fund at the same time, and we look forward to another great day on September 11."
